AV SOP Quick Reference

If your AV person isn't here today, these steps keep the service running.

  1. Power on the rack in the AV closet (bottom-left breaker switch)
  2. Turn on projector with the silver remote (point at ceiling screen)
  3. Open ProPresenter on the laptop — password on sticky note inside AV closet
  4. Load this Sunday's presentation file from Desktop → "Services" folder
  5. Test one mic at the sound console — fader for channel 1 (Pastor mic) should be at 75%
  6. For live stream: open OBS, click "Start Streaming" (stream key already saved)
