Olive Root Tech LLC ("ORT") builds Rooted OS for Black-led care organizations, schools, and ministries. We treat the data of these organizations — and the families they serve — with the care it deserves.
Account info (name, email, organization), operational data you enter (rosters, enrollment, giving, workflows), and basic usage/audit logs. Demo previews are session-only and not stored.
To operate your dashboards, run your workflows, and support your organization. We do not sell your data. We never use one organization's data to benefit another — tenant data is isolated by design.
Rooted AI conversations are session-only and not stored. When live AI is enabled, requests are proxied through our server so credentials are never exposed; no conversation data is sold or shared with third parties.
We use vetted providers for hosting, messaging, payments, and e-sign (e.g., Railway, Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe, DocuSign, Google). Each handles only what's needed to deliver the service.
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your organization's data at any time. Email info@oliveroottech.com.
